Warm weather shipping
Candy + heat can be a tricky combination!
During warmer months, gummies and other candies may soften, become sticky, or melt while in transit. Stormi's Godis cannot guarantee the condition of candy after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
For the best candy experience, we recommend tracking your order closely and bringing your package inside as soon as it is delivered. If your candy arrives warm, allow it to return to room temperature before opening.
Please note: Heat-related melting, sticking, or texture changes are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If temperatures are especially high in your area, consider choosing faster shipping when available or waiting for cooler weather before placing your order.
